Under the concept of “Japanese pop culture to the world” the English based website, [OTAQUEST] is known for holding its music events internationally. The second chapter of “//PLUGGED IN” is once again being held at at MOGRA in Akihabara, Tokyo, Japan. The events will be featuring artists who are at the forefront of the producer and club scene directly in Japan, creating “connections” for both music fans in Japan and abroad.
